This could be the one.
In the past I've been known to buy $50 planners only to find that they did not suit my needs. I found the minamilist planner while browsing thru izyware. I liked hat it had a lot of writing space and the vertical columns was a plus. I've been using it for about a month now and I am still very happy. The "minimalist" set up makes it easy to customize. I love the dots instead of hard lines. I'm very happy with the planner. A couple of cons is that it's a little wide. It's more of a preference for me since I have a small purse. Also the no tabs make it tricky to find months and weeks. So I added some post it tabs and that fixed that issue. Would've liked if it came with some precut tabs. Otherwise I will be purchasing one next year also.

All around perfect planner. I have been looking for something that ...
All around perfect planner . I have been looking for something that can combine a journal and a planner that is already dated and instally to go (no writing the date every day) This planner has plenty of room to write and make lists on the top 1/2 of the weekly calendar. I use the top part as a food/exercise log. It also has enough room to write mileage for my work per day. My only regret was that I did not buy this at the beginning of the year. It also has some pretty nice reference pages in the back : Metric ans US Measurement conversion, maps, a section for you to list car repairs, etc.

Fabulous tool for organizing your life!
This is by far the most wonderful, useful planner I have every had! I love the vertically lined up days plenty of room for appointments and to-do lists. Great, great stuff! Last year, I got the coloring version of this tool and it was a full 9x11 size (or something like that). It was great for room to write, and I loved it. Only problem was that it was a lot less portable. This planner is much more portable, but you lose some of the writing space. I think it's worth it though for me - especially now that I'm settled a bit into more of a routine with grad school (in undergrad I had a much more varied, crazy schedule with a bajillion things to do, now I have a more stable, crazy schedule with a million bigger things to do). In other words, if you have something happening every half-hour or less, go with the bigger version; it's worth it. If you need the planner to divide your day and remind you of deadlines and small to-do lists, this medium sized one is plenty.
The only other major grind I have with this planner is that the columns aren't spaced exactly evenly, so the middle two have a lot more room than the others. Of course, this leaves room for you to not write in the quarter inch near the spiral, so some might like that.
The positives far outweigh the negatives, though. You can decorate it however you want if you don't like the plain front. (I personally like it fine. It kinda settles me to have such a steady-looking thing telling me what to do next.) It has regular calendar pages and a page for goals each month (in categories like "personal," "relationships," and something else.) It has a solid plastic front and back to protect it from wear and tear, and the pages are good quality. Despite its (few) faults, this is a fabulous planner. I'm pretty sure I'm going to keep buying it every year until the end of time, and I'm very, very picky about my planners. I don't give things five stars for nothing!

Weekly Spread Layout is Perfect
I do like the weekly spread much more than I thought. Each weekly spread gives room for the day's notes and tasks at the top and the appointments at the bottom. Weekends are smaller, but I haven't found that to be an issue. I also like the monthly calendar spread. I only wish there was a section at the back for taking notes or drawing mind maps. It's definitely a decent planner and I'm happy with my purchase.

I use this as my bujo. I reviewed the academic calendar too, but when I realized I had that calendar, I reordered this one. Have been using it for 2 years and am very happy. Lays flat and is small enough to put in my (somewhat tote baggish) purse.

Best Planner I've Used
This has been by far the best planner/organizer I have used. It has a way to keep my lists for each day organized and in the same place as my appointments - an incredible help for staying focused and organized rather than searching for lists. This planner provides space for everything I need without unnecessary distractions. If I want to add stickers and tape and doodles and intentions, there is ample space but so far I haven't done any of those activities since the first two weeks. It's the perfect size for a desk without crowding it and can be taken with me if necessary. I want to buy the 2017-2018 now so I know I have it. By far one of my best purchases EVER.

Awesome. Perfect size
Awesome. Perfect size, well made, with good quality paper. It has a monthly calendar as well as a weekly calendar, which is a must for me. What I really like is the layout for weekly planning, where I can write up a quick "to-do" list on the top portion of each column for each day, then write in my schedule in the pre-printed, hourly time slots directly below. If you want a SIMPLE planner that doesn't have a bunch of extra "sections" or pages you will never use, this is the planner to buy. I will be buying another MINIMALIST planner for 2017, and every year thereafter, if available.
