Thi is a must-have for anyone who is managing a Zendesk implementation. It's very well written, with examples and a lot of good advice. It has helped me tremendously in the reengineering our Zendesk implementation. We have been a Zendesk customer for two years and as the head of our operations team I've been struggling with finding ways to get the best out of our investment. Unfortunately our initial implementation wasn't that good - but to be honest - it is our fault. We essentially tried to make Zendesk look, feel and operation as our old system did - not a good idea.
I am in the process of revamping the implementation with the help of this and the Zendesk Helpdesk team.
